PROCESSES SAMPLES
PRESENT YOUR IDEA
Show your design or sketch drawing, or download pictures you need, our designer team can produce bags according to your idea
INITIAL SAMPLE
We will make a paper prototype(or PU prototype) according to your idea.so you could check and confirm all details before we make real samples.
FINAL SAMPLE
After confirming the Inittal samples, we could start your real sample. If needed, more leather swatches will be sent while we send the real samples to you, in order to offer more choices of leather.
BULK PRODUCTION
After confirming the final samples, we begin to produce order according to your request.

We have professional production sector with more than 80% skillful workers, so production quality and effective delivety are guaranteed.
ORDEER
CUTTING
Our execellent workman cutting the leather according to the paper model of the bags, when we start to cut the leather, we will avolid the flaw of the leather, guarantee the leather is perfect.
PAINTING
What we used in the painting is the imported high quality edge oil, ecery process will proceed 3 times, to ensure the glossy that the bag locks.
STITCHING
TO keep the natural and fitness of the leather, our skillful workers use varied stitching methods.
HANDCRAFT
During the handcraff, we pay more attention toevery details to reach customer requiremen completely, no matter which part of the bag.
HARDWARE ASSEMBLY
We will complete the deilcate metal parts assembly, ensure that hardware will not be scratching.
PACKAGE
Once we finish the production, Gioddy QC team will double check every details based in the standard procedure. Every bag is well packed with good shape according to your need.
QUALITY CONTROL
ALL leather products will be checked carefully by our QC department before shipping, make sure every single good will meet our quality and requirements.
